The truth is, I enjoy Modern age piano music. Spent the majority of my adult life creating and playing it.
And to be honest, I'm disappointed inside the complete lack of resources for this genre. The classical music world has literally an incredible number of pieces of sheet music. And jazz? You can find a large number of lead sheets, written sheets, and finish pieces for piano available. And Modern? That would be that.
Obviously there is written music for first time Age piano. Hal Leonard has some just as other music publishers. But it was mostly published back in the 1980's when Modern piano hit it's peak of recognition. Where are you able to discover the new stuff? Unfortunately, there isn't much being produced.
My search of the internet revealed a few artists who create Modern age piano written music but a majority of of them charge for this. No problem with that. They're attempting to make money doing the things they love and so they is deserving of paid. But what about the start pianist who loves Modern piano music and merely desires to play a couple of beginners pieces? Where should they go?

Since i love the genre and i also want lots more people to get interested in it. I am aware many of you enjoy this kind of music but they are just a little embarrassed to say you want New Age piano. I realize. No one I know likes the word "new age" but we're stuck with it. No less than it lets us understand the sort of music we're playing.
